Communication was good the company emailed the day ahead of travel with contact information. The evening before our trip our driver got in touch personally to make sure we were all set. He arrived ten minutes early, helped us load up into the pristine van, and drove carefully through a torrential rainstorm to get us to our destination in time. Recommend this service.
